My client is currently looking to recruit an HR Manager to join their expanding and successful team in Stockton.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage all the HR activity including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinaries, terminations, relocations
- Update and manage HR procedural documentation and create new ones where necessary
- Work with Managers to ensure all HR policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Assist Managers in recruitment of staff
- Provide legal advice when necessary

The successful candidate will have a professional HR qualification and be confident that they are always up to date on current employment law and practices. They will be self managing and enthusiastic and work well in an existing team. Applicants should be strong minded but also friendly and approachable.

The role will involve part time hours - 22.5 hours per week either as 3 full days or over 5 days. Salary is c. £25,000 to £30,000 per annum. This will be pro rata for part time. The role is to start immediately.
