Great opportunity for a proactive Sales Manager who is looking for a hand-on sales role and the chance to manage and develop a sales team.

We are currently looking to recruit someone with an excellent sales ability to manage a small sales team. Initially the role will involve calling businesses and managing a team that will also be conducting sales calls. As the role progresses, the size of the sales team will grow and the role will also involve some face to face sales.

This is a unique role that will suit someone who is confident, has an excellent sales ability and also management experience. You will also be proactive and self motivated and have the patience to train, coach and assist your sales team.

Salary for the role is c. £25,000 plus an estimated £15,000 bonus. The permanent role is to start immediately and will be based in Newton Aycliffe.
