Our recruitment service experiences have shown that it is much easier to fill a contract, temporary or permanent position if accommodation can be arranged should the applicant be relocating in order to commence employment.
For some clients, this part of the recruitment process can seem troublesome and an unwanted responsibility. However at Baltic Recruitment Services we have found that making accommodation arrangements for your new member of staff before they arrive helps them to settle and feel at home.
The majority of our employers therefore find accommodation prior to the worker’s arrival in the UK and they deduct this from the worker’s weekly wage. |
