Baltic Recruitment Services is a division of F.Peart & Co. Limited, which was established in 1925. We currently employ over 170 members of staff and we have 4 offices in the UK. You can read more about the company at www.fpeart.com.

Baltic Recruitment Services was formed by Mr Fred Peart, Managing Director of F Peart & Co. As a fast-growing company F Peart & Co. found themselves facing recruitment and staffing issues due to the shortage of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers in the UK.

F Peart & Co. turned to their European neighbours for help, and found a whole new pool of talent in the new EU countries. They were able to fill difficult positions in the UK with hardworking, motivated and experienced staff, from Poland, Eastern Europe and other EU member states.

Although F Peart & Co. did find workers who met their recruitment needs, the process would have been much simpler with the help of a professional recruitment services agency. The problem was that there was no such recruitment agency at that time. That is how Baltic Recruitment Services was born, to meet the recruitment and staffing needs of growing companies who are struggling to recruit hard working, motivated and reliable employees.
