• All applicants are interviewed face to face in Katowice 
• A personality assessment is carried out
• We check the candidate’s documents - (I.D, passport, driver’s license etc.)
• We obtain and check references
• We brief applicants about the role and the client’s expectations
• We inform them of all relevant processes and legalities relating to the country they will be working in (For example workers’ Registration, bank accounts, National Insurance etc.) and give them information packs and verbal explanations prior to them commencing work with our clients. 
• No applicants are charged a fee for our services.
