How much will it cost me to recruit through Baltic Recruitment Services?
To recruit a permanent member of staff, our fees are competitive and based on the salary that you choose for your vacancy. We manage your vacancies, submit candidates and arrange interviews. Upon offer and acceptance of a position, we will also make travel arrangements for your worker. Our fee is only payable upon the release of these travel details.
To recruit a temporary member of staff we will charge an hourly rate and invoice you on a weekly basis for the number of hours that our applicant works each week. In addition to the services offered for permanent recruitment, we will also deal with all payroll, administration and legalies involved.
