Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for a new and exciting career opportunity?

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Admin Clerk, for a client located in Middlesbrough. This is a genuine and exciting opportunity to join our client’s growing operations in Teesside.

Admin Clerk Duties will include:

  • Maintain records of cargo in/out of warehouse
  • Data input into freight system
  • Assist manager with approval cost invoices for warehouse into Freight system
  • Provide assistance to other team members in the warehouse as requested by management
  • Communicate with operational teams in other offices
  • Manage reports
  • Work with daily reports from hauliers for upcoming cargoes
  • Cross reference daily reports with cargo arrival
  • Take & maintain photographic evidence of cargo arrivals. Upload into freight system
  • Data input on freight system for cargo arrival
  • Run reports on cargoes overpacked from freight system
  • Generate load out reports from system
  • Communicate with operational team
  • Document control
  • General filing and admin duties

Admin Clerk Applicants:

  • Good numeric and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to deal with several tasks at once and the ability to prioritise
  • Assertiveness and Flexibility
  • Excel knowledge
  • Good eye for detail for cross referencing documents
  • Accuracy and expedience

Working Monday to Thursday 8am until 5pm and 8am until 4pm on Friday’s.
