Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent National Contracts Administrator, working for a highly reputable client based in Hartlepool. As a direct result of our client’s continued successes and increased market profile, the business has identified the need for a National Contracts Administrator for their bulk liquid fuel contract customer portfolio.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the key purpose of the role will be to manage the National Contracts order processing, identify opportunities for added value and completing contract KPIs.

National Contracts Administrator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To efficiently manage the existing National Contracts portfolio
  • Work with the Transport teams to ensure availability of the agreed fleet resources and management of timely deliveries
  • Liaise with the Supply team to ensure product availability and that supply contract obligations are met
  • Liaise with the Credit Control team to maintain credit facilities
  • Ongoing training and personal development will be delivered for negotiating contract renewals and tendering for future opportunities, including contract renewal costing, and cost / benefit analysis for potential new opportunities
  • To receive, input and monitor orders from existing contracts, ensuring accuracy on; site details, products, pricing, delivery dates and times and confirming details back to the relevant customer
  • Liaise with credit department to ensure timely order release
  • Producing and supply monthly management reports for each contract
  • Calculating and submitting agreed rebate schemes
  • General point of contact for day to day questions and queries, such as eta’s

Additional Tasks:

  • Template, web order and group order imports
  • Assist in management of sales inbox
  • Process key customers accounts
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Continue the maintenance of the excellent contracted customers relations
  • Ensure you’re meeting individual contracts KPI’s
