Our client, a successful facilities management company who provide specialist solutions to businesses nationwide, are looking for an experienced, organised and efficient Project Co-Ordinator to join their team at their head office in Darlington.
They are looking for an intelligent, motivated and driven individual who can demonstrate a successful career within the the office/construction environment.
The role involves supporting the Site Services Operation Manager with the accountability of projects, costs and sales.
Profile of the Project Co-Ordinator:
The successful candidate will need to be a good administrator, have good phone manners, absolute attention to detail and an ability to coordinate all documentation and invoicing.
Must be professional and well organised and be numerically astute with the ability to be able to work independently and be able to set own targets and timeframes.
Must be very familiar with Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
Keys responsibilities of the Project Co-Ordinator will be:
Accounting for all expenditure against each project, updating spreadsheets and software.
Preparing commercial documents and invoicing.
Review and approve commercial documents and contracts and following through on any concerns.
Sending sales applications to Clients and Account Managers and ensuring any queries from clients are addressed when checking payemtn notices.
Managing the sales tracking database and updating accordingly.
Collect and prepare data to provide relevant stats and KPIs on operations, performance and sales.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The chosen candidate will have:
A relevant Project Co-Ordinator background.
Affinity for data & analytics tools, Excel and general databases.
Exemplary English language skills
Construction office experience
B2B Sales experience
