Are you experienced with the use of Wood Moulder Machines?

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent Moulder, based in Hartlepool. The successful candidate will be working as part of our production team, running a Wadkin Moulder Machine to manufacture top-quality wood products. Setting up the machine, keeping an eye on quality, you’ll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly.

Moulder Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the moulder to produce timber mouldings and components
• Change and set up tooling for different jobs
• Check the quality of finished products and make adjustments as needed
• Keep your work area tidy and follow all health & safety rules
• Help with routine maintenance and sorting out minor machine issues
• Work closely with your teammates and supervisor to get the job done

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Previous experience running a wood moulder in a factory setting
• Good understanding of machine setup and tooling
• Keen eye for detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, hard-working, and a team player
• Willingness to muck in and help where needed

Hourly rate is £12.80. Working Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:15pm & Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm. Overtime is available during busier times.
