Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Remote Administrative Assistant to support the operations of a company focused on building outbound systems and growth funnels for recruitment and service-based businesses.

Candidates must be available to join immediately.

Remote Administrative Assistant Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and communications.
  • Handle document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Support project coordination between departments.
  • Assist with client follow-ups and internal task tracking.
  • Maintain organized digital records and shared files.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools for brochures, flyers, SM posts, etc. i.e. Canva

Remote Administrative Assistant Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (remote experience preferred) – minimum of 1 years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar tools.
  • Must have your own equipment (laptop).
  • Have the ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks independently.
  • Experienced in supporting management or sales teams in a remote environment would be a strong advantage.

This role is to start immediately (1st week of November), working Full Time 9am – 5pm GMT. This role is 100% remote.

Salary is £30,000.
