Baltic Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Op to join our client based in Thornaby, Teesside. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move and transport materials within the warehouse or production facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our operations.

Duties:
– Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move materials
– Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility
– Stack and organise products in accordance with company standards
– Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the equipment

– Pick/Pack items and complete other warehouse duties as and when required

Must have:
– Proven experience as a Counterbalance Operator or similar role
– Valid certification to operate a counterbalance forklift
– Strong knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for operating heavy machinery
– Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions accurately
– Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Shifts:

6am – 6pm Monday to Thursday

Pay rate –

£12.47p/h
