Baltic Recruitment are looking to recruit several Warehouse operatives and Production operatives for clients based in and around the Chester Le Street area.

This is a great opportunity for someone to grow within a business as this is a long-term Temp to Perm Position.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

The position is open to applicants with limited experience. Fantastic development programme, fully paid on the job training, mentoring/coaching.

Duties

• Quality Inspection or parts and components
• Picking, Packing & Dispatch
• Loading and unloading boxes and Stillages
• Assembling products
• Working in a busy warehouse

Candidates

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors.
• Understand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standards.
• Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Rate of pay

· Pay rate varies on shift pattern
